Salary: MK400,000 per month.\nCommission: Commission on successfully closed deals, based on the company’s approved commission structure.\nKey responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities.\nBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline.\nMake outbound sales calls and conduct client visits.\nPresent and promote the company’s products and services.\nFollow up on leads, quotations and proposals.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships.\nMeet agreed sales targets.\nSubmit a weekly sales report covering prospects, calls, meetings, pipeline, proposals and closed deals.\nWork closely with management to ensure successful onboarding and handover of new clients.\nRequirements\nProven sales experience is essential, preferably in technology, telecommunications, software or B2B sales.\nStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.\nSelf-motivated, proactive and target-driven.\nAbility to work independently in a virtual environment.\nGood organisational and reporting skills.\nMust have a laptop or reliable access to one.\nReliable internet and phone access.\nWillingness and ability to
