# Sales Executive (Virtual/Remote)

Role overview We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to grow our customer base and generate new business for our technology startup. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, actively prospecting for clients, making sales calls, conducting client visits, and converting opportunities into closed deals. Compensation Basic Salary: MK400,000 per month. Commission: Commission on successfully closed deals, based on the company’s approved commission structure. Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Make outbound sales calls and conduct client visits. Present and promote the company’s products and services. Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Meet agreed sales targets. Submit a weekly sales report covering prospects, calls, meetings, pipeline, proposals and closed deals. Work closely with management to ensure successful onboarding and handover of new clients.
