to company policies\nAnalyze performance metrics and create actionable plans for improvement\nRecruiting and managing staff\nManaging stock take planning and process\nManaging of disciplinary action and ER cases\nEnsuring Admin, Trade and people checks are in line with business standards\nFoster a positive and productive work environment\nEnsure Visual merchandise standards are adhered to in the store.\nMonitors staff appearance\nMonitors backup areas\nMonitors new lines available and merchandise according to dispatch guidelines\nMonitor total range display\nMonitors store/department housekeeping standards\nMonitors customer service standards adhered to\nIdentifies staff training needs and coaches Crew\nCommunicates expected standards and processes to the Manager/Crew\nProvides on-the-job knowledge skills and expertise to Managers/ Crew/Supervisors\nApproves store Kronos schedules\nMonitors store overtime costs\nEnsures promotion and display standards are adhered to\nEnsures
