following areas, Polokwane, Midwaters and Hazeldean.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations & Stock Control\nAssist with the day-to-day management of the Butchery and Fish departments\nSupport stock ordering, receiving, merchandising, and product availability\nMonitor stock levels and assist in reducing shrinkage and wastage\nEnsure attractive product displays and merchandising standards\nProduction & Technical Execution\nPrepare and break meat carcasses and produce quality value-added products\nOperate butchery equipment safely and efficiently\nMaintain product quality and production standards\nEnsure cold chain compliance and proper handling procedures\nHygiene & Food Safety\nMaintain strict hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety standards\nEnsure all equipment and work areas remain clean and compliant\nFollow health and safety procedures at all times\nTeam Leadership & Customer Service\nSupervise, motivate, and support team members\nAssist with staff training
