MS Teams/Zoom.\nWillingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends and stock takes after hours\nWillingness to be moved from store to store if and when need be\nWillingness and ability to undertake physical hands-on tasks\nCompetencies\nAn absolute passion for the product\nGood interpersonal & communication skills\nConscientious, attentive to detail, accurate\nGood staff management and development skills\nSense of urgency, enthusiasm and high energy level\nAssertiveness\nCustomer centric approach\nAbility to work under pressure\nMotivation, self confidence and the use of initiative\nTeam player who is results driven\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Journey:\nCustomer centric approach\nEnsuring customer service standards are rigorously applied\nAttending to all customer service requests, advertising on product and services.\nEnsure that VM standards are adhered to and execution of all plans and promotions.\nPeople Management: (Assist Store Manager with functions)\nManage all people related aspects on an ongoing bases for staff.\nAble to deal with employee shortcomings if/when needed.\nAssist with recruitment on a store level according to company policy and procedures.\nAssist with Identify training and Development initiatives for employees.\nAssist with performance management -
