techniques.\nKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.\nExperience in stock control, ordering, receiving, and managing wastage.\nAbility to manage staff, prepare work schedules, and monitor performance.\nGood numerical, administrative, and reporting skills.\nComputer literacy and experience with retail systems will be an advantage.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, where required.\nGood communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.\nManage daily bakery production and operations.\nEnsure product quality, freshness, and availability.\nSupervise, train, and motivate bakery staff.\nMonitor stock levels, ordering, and stock rotation.\nMinimize waste and control operating costs.\nMaintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.\nMonitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.\nEnsure attractive product displays and excellent customer service.\nMaintain accurate production, stock, and
