with the store’s operational standards.Minimum Requirements\nGrade 12 qualification is a minimum requirement\nPrevious experience in shelf packing, grocery retail or merchandising will be an advantage.\nBasic understanding of stock rotation, expiry dates and product handling.\nAbility to read product labels, shelf labels and pricing information.\nGood communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nGood attention to detail and organisational skills.\nPhysically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift grocery cartons and move stock safely.\nWillingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.\nLocation: Pick N Pay on Nicol, Candidates Must reside in Alexandra/Sandton\nSkills and Competencies\nAccuracy and duties that support the effective operation of the grocery department and the store as a whole.\nThese duties may include:\nAssisting with stocktaking and inventory counts.\nSupporting promotional activities, seasonal displays and special events.\nHelping unload deliveries and move stock to designated storage areas.\nAssisting with price changes and shelf-label updates.\nIdentifying and reporting stock losses, breakages and wastage.\nSupporting other departments when operationally required.\nComplying with loss prevention procedures and security requirements.\nAttending departmental meetings and training sessions.\nFollowing reasonable instructions issued by the supervisor or store management.\nMaintaining professional conduct and adhering to company policies and procedures at
