logistics.\nJob Summary\nThis internship offers hands-on experience supporting business systems, smart locker operations, IT support, application testing, cybersecurity, and digital learning initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities\nDocument, review, and analyse existing business processes and internal systems to improve knowledge sharing, operational efficiency, and process effectiveness.\nSupport the migration and deployment of a nationwide network of more than 1,000 smart locker stations, including system configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.\nMaintain and troubleshoot existing systems by investigating reported issues, resolving bugs, and providing timely support through the company’s ticketing system.\nParticipate in application and system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solution quality, reliability, and business readiness.\nPrepare, update, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, system records, and reports for various applications and systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.\nProvide end-user IT support for laptops, hardware, software, and office productivity applications, including support for employee onboarding and offboarding activities.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of e-learning content and training courses to support regulatory compliance, internal processes, and employee development initiatives.\nSupport IT infrastructure, application rollouts, system enhancements, and other technology-related projects as assigned by the team.\nSupport cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability management activities in collaboration with vendors and developers, including coordinating security scans, tracking findings, monitoring remediation progress, and following up on outstanding issues. \nRequirements\nAble to commit to a full-time internship for the entire internship period.\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nBasic understanding of operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and software applications.\nFamiliarity with troubleshooting methodologies, IT support processes, or service desk operations would be advantageous.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users and stakeholders at different levels.\nProactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.\nGood
