As a member of the team, you will be involved in the planning, designing, and assisting with a wide variety of aviation-related projects. This position will serve as a key part of our aviation team and will have the opportunity to work on challenging turnkey projects with an experienced design team, while also gaining valuable knowledge from professional engineers with many years of experience.\nResponsibilities\nCost estimating and preliminary design\nAssisting with funding applications and environmental studies\nPerform detailed reviews, studies, analyses, etc., and prepare detailed report on results and findings\nDevelop construction plans and specifications\nPerform detailed design calculations\nConsult with clients to obtain and relay information relating to projects\nAssist in the management of projects throughout construction.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field\nEIT\nKnowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures of the FAA\nBasic knowledge of airport operations\nInitiative and ability to exercise independent judgement\nExperience with AutoCAD & Microsoft Office\nSoft Skills: Creativity, Problem Solving, Time Management & Planning, Critical Thinking\nCandidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company's driving (MVR) policy.\nPreferred\nRegistered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Arkansas\nTravel\nMost travel is limited to short day trips to visit
