Your mission is to keep the engine running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:\nCross-team collaboration: Work closely together with category managers, the design team, and suppliers to ensure seamless switches of packaging.\nDynamic planning: Plan design capacity based on upcoming product launches and dare to adjust planning based on shifting urgency.\nQuality & compliance control: Help check the designs to ensure all changes are correctly applied and strictly adhere to relevant packaging laws and regulations.\nVisual excellence: Maintain a sharp eye for packaging aesthetics, ensuring all final artwork meets high visual standards while remaining brand-aligned.\nFierce accountability: Dare to challenge stakeholders if they are not keeping to their deadlines or not providing complete documentation to start projects.\nTransparent communication: Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on timings, planning, and deadlines at all times.\nYour superpowers\nYou have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a project management or coordination role.\nYou are a natural spider in the web, easily connecting different teams and processes.\nYou are super structured and thrive in environments with many moving parts and strict deadlines.\nYou can stand your ground and confidently challenge people when they are not sticking to agreements.\nYou are a great communicator who combines organizational skills with a proactive, \"get-it-done\" mindset.\nYou are fluent in English; fluency in Dutch is highly preferred.\nPicnic perks\nFresh Lunch, coffee, and snacks\nOur offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
