It will be part of how people feed their families. \nTricks of the trade\nOwn end-to-end design: From the first insight to a shipped feature, you take full responsibility for the quality of what gets built, thinking holistically and from a customer perspective at every stage.\nSharpen the brief: Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to turn fuzzy problems into sharp design directions, using exploratory research to ground every decision in what actually matters to our customers.\nBuild and test fast: Create low and high fidelity prototypes to be evaluated with real customers on a weekly basis, staying in a continuous loop of hypothesis, test and learn.\nDeliver with precision: Document the final interaction and UI design requirements to brief and support developers during implementation, and stay close to make sure the experience lands as intended.\nRaise the craft: Contribute actively to Picnic's design system and shared libraries, and continuously explore new ideas, because at Picnic, design is never done ;).\nYour superpowers\nDegree in a relevant design field (e.g. CMD, UX, Interaction or Product Design)\n3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment\nStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, solving real problems for real people at scale\nFluency in Figma and rapid prototyping\nA low-ego, collaborative approach to building solutions\nComfort with ambiguity; able to ask the right questions, form a point of view, and drive toward a direction independently\nCuriosity about AI; both as a tool in your design process and as a feature shaping the products we build\nStrong communication skills; able to present work, explain decisions and engage stakeholders at all levels\nFluency in English\nAvailability to work on-site full time\nPicnic perks \nFresh Lunch, coffee, and snacks\nOur offices are equipped with fully-fledged coffee bars and a kitchen and chefs.
