Other duties may be assigned.\nCustomer invoicing, including preparation of any other documentation required by and for the customer location and processes\nCredit Control on a global basis\nCustomer Onboarding\nManagement of customers within the accounts systems\nPreparation and filing of sales tax data\nReporting as necessary\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a software or fintech environment.\nStrong PC skills on Excel, Word, Outlook, and with recognized accounting systems - ideally some prior exposure to Oracle Cloud financial systems.\nExcellent verbal and written English language communication skills\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nGood understanding of accounting principles\nExperience working in a multi-national environment desirable \nAttributes\nMotivated and committed to excellence.\nOrganized, methodical, and detail oriented.\nGood interpersonal skills.\nThe individual needs to be an active learner, accurate and observant.\nA self-starter with a positive attitude.\nMust be a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and growing company\nWorking Arrangements \nThis is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be requiredfrom time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent.
