Working closely with hiring managers, business leadersand HR colleagues across the United States and globally, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for priority technical and business-critical roles. \nThe role will focus on developing effective sourcing strategies, engaging specialist talent, managing efficient recruitment processes and providing practical market intelligence across the North American technology talent landscape. Depending on business priorities, you may also support selected hiring requirements across other regions. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nRecruitment Delivery \nManage the end-to-end recruitment process for approved permanent and contract vacancies across North America. \nPartner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define selection criteria and agree practical recruitment strategies. \nDevelop and publish engaging, inclusive and market-relevant job advertisements. \nCreate tailored sourcing strategies for technical, specialist and hard-to-fill positions. \nScreen applicants and conduct structured candidate assessments. \nManage interview processes and candidate communications. \nSupport offer management and onboarding. \nNorth America Talent Market and Pipeline Development \nMap relevant talent pools across the United States and Canada. \nBuild proactive talent pipelines. \nProvide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectationsand hiring trends. \nDevelop reusable talent maps and pipelines. \nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE \nEssential \nProven experience delivering end-to-end technical recruitment across North America. Software engineering, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloudand technical operations talent. \nStrong knowledge of the North American technology talent market. \nStrong direct sourcing and market mapping capability. \nDesirable \nFintech, capital markets, SaaSor infrastructure recruitment experience. \nExperience recruiting for low-latency trading, networking, infrastructureor market data technology roles. \nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE \nDelivery against agreed hiring plans. \nTimely qualified shortlists. \nClear visibility of recruitment progress and risks. \nSustainable talent pipelines and market maps. \nWorking Arrangements \nThis is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be requiredfrom time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent.
