We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.\nYou will join our Technology team for a six-month assignment, helping clients and internal users make effective use of our business applications. Working with product, business and technical teams, you will combine functional support, user training and continuous improvement.\nYour role\nProvide functional support, investigate user issues, assess their business impact and document them in Jira.\nCoordinate incident follow-up with application owners and technical teams, keeping users informed through to resolution.\nAssist users with access requests through established approval processes.\nDeliver application training, maintain user documentation and support release communications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nAnalyse recurring issues and user feedback to recommend improvements to applications, support processes and monitoring.\nFollow up on enhancement requests with Product Managers, who retain responsibility for prioritisation.\nMaintain documentation and handover records to ensure service continuity.\nYour profile\nExperience in functional application support or incident coordination.\nAbility to understand business applications, investigate issues methodically and explain functionality clearly.\nFamiliarity with Jira or a comparable ticketing tool.\nAnalytical skills and a practical approach to improving processes.\nOrganisational skills, clear communication and a service-oriented mindset.\nFrench at C2 level and English at B2 level, both written and spoken.\nExperience in user training, UAT or financial services would be an advantage.\nMust be resident in Switzerland\nStart date : asap\nNote\nFH/TM/ASAS\nWe will not accept any CVs via agencies\nDiversity & Inclusion\nPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
