As part of this high-performing team, you will support our senior management by providing business and financial insights and contributing to the planning, monitoring and implementation of strategic initiatives.\nWorking across Strategy, Finance, Analytics and wider business teams, you will help drive strategic planning, performance monitoring and transformation projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to PWM's priorities and long-term growth objectives in a dynamic and demanding environment.\nYour role\nSupporting the team head and other team members in their roles and responsibilities\nHelping the team prepare and steer PWM’s strategic-planning and annual budget/target processes\nPreparing updates for our managerial committees on our commercial and financial results\nSupporting the articulation of strategic priorities and breaking them down into initiatives and projects, while monitoring progress and successful completion\nCarrying out ad hoc financial analyses as requested by the ExBo or the Group Executive Committee\nProducing regular reports, supporting quarterly financial forecasting for all zones and helping to identify concrete actions to ensure targets are reached\nImproving tools and processes, notably through close collaboration with PWM Pricing and PWM Finance Analytics\nYour profile\nMaster’s degree or equivalent\nTwo years’ experience in a similar role in financial services or with a consulting firm (strategy consulting or corporate finance)\nIn-depth knowledge of and interest in the wealth management industry\nExcellent analytical skills, an ownership mindset, at ease with numbers and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders\nProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a demanding environment\nStrong team player with a collaborative and constructive approach\nAdvanced presentation skills (PowerPoint) and proficiency in analytical tools\nFluent in French and English\nMust be resident in Switzerland\nRef: PM/SN/TJ\nNote\nWe will not accept any CVs via agencies\nDiversity & Inclusion\nPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
