You will work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to build cloud-ready, data-driven solutions, leveraging AI to boost productivity.\nYour role\nAct as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, gathering, challenging and translating requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, particularly in ETD trading, OTC trading, settlement and reconciliation, and interbank messaging.\nWork closely with the product manager to support product discovery and product strategy through the analysis of business challenges, operational constraints and business opportunities.\nTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria), ensuring traceability to business objectives and contributing to solution feasibility assessments with architects and the development team.\nCollaborate closely with developers and architects to design solutions leveraging modern architectures, including APIs, event-driven patterns, cloud technologies, AI and advanced analytics capabilities.\nConfigure and implement business requirements, perform and/or coordinate testing activities (functional, regression and user acceptance testing), and maintain up-to-date documentation and release notes.\nSupport backlog refinement and sprint planning, clarify requirements with developers, QA engineers and DevOps teams, and contribute to the timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.\nEnsure the reliability and availability of solutions in production, monitor application performance and system behaviour, and coordinate deployment activities.\nAnalyse and resolve production incidents (L2/L3 support), perform root cause analysis and collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to implement sustainable fixes and continuous improvements.\nProvide support to business stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad, gather feedback and translate it into continuous product improvements.\nCollaborate closely with Pictet Technologies Portugal and other internal partners to ensure end-to-end alignment across teams and platforms.\nYour profile\nMaster’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.\nStrong technical understanding of software development, ideally including PL/SQL, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nHands-on experience with Avaloq customisation would be a strong advantage.\nExperience with Java or another object-oriented programming language is highly desirable.\nPractical exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and a strong interest in AI-enabled solutions, automation and data-driven decision-making.\nStrong business acumen and a solid understanding of banking products, processes and transaction lifecycles.\nExperience working in Agile and product-oriented organisations, ideally in close collaboration with product managers, UX specialists and technical leads.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse and demanding stakeholders.\nExcellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.\nResidence in Switzerland is required.\nWhat we are looking for :\nAre you passionate about shaping innovative technical solutions for complex business challenges?
