present and position it to prospects and customers,\nRun technical discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and infrastructure, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle,\nDeliver tailored live demos and proof-of-value engagements that show how Picus helps customers validate their defenses and reduce exposure,\nRespond to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs with clear and compelling answers,\nWork with sales and product teams to design and refine solutions that connect security detail to business outcomes,\nWork alongside Customer Success to support adoption and spot expansion opportunities,\nEducate partners on the technical aspects of the Picus platform to help them sell more effectively and accelerate revenue,\nRelay feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to contribute to ongoing product improvement.\nWhat You Have\nBachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and Sales Engineering or Customer Success experience in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems,\n3-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Customer Success role,\nDemonstrated success building executive relationships and driving strategic account planning,\nBroad technology experience across risk visibility and prioritization, SIEM, EDR, cloud architecture, networking, security, and IT transformation,\nUnderstanding of solution architecture and design across on-prem and cloud environments,\nExperience managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through renewal and expansion,\nA consultative, proactive, and outcome-focused approach,\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in
