Checks and inspects screen printed parts against predetermined tolerances and inspection criteria. Candidate will be required to sit for extended periods of time and must have good communication skills. Will be required to meet a set minimum run rate per hour once training is completed.\nWork schedule: Regular schedule will be 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday) OR 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Monday-Friday) after training on 1st shift.\nJob duties include but are not limited to:\nInspection and setup of screens per work instructions and/or job travelers.\nMixing and prepping of printing material.\nOperation of screen-printing machine.\nPre-inspection and post-inspection of parts.\nJob Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExpected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings. \nVisual acuity to inspect for product defects.\nExpected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.\nExperience of 2-3 years minimum working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPrior screen-printing experience preferred.\nBenefits include:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision \nOption to participate in 401(k) plan with safe harbor match\nCompany-paid Life Insurance\nVacation leave and sick leave\nPaid holidays\nTrans-Tech is an equal opportunity employer.
