We are looking for you!\nJob Description\nAs a Pier Solutions project coordinator/junior estimator, you are tasked with managing construction projects and providing technical services. This is the perfect job for you if you strive to merge technical engineering and practical construction services. Your responsibilities may include the following:\nSupporting all aspects of construction work including:developing proposals for various contract models; \npreparing estimates for quoted and tendered work; \nprovide field technical support to crews when needed;\nlight on-site labour to assist construction crews;\n\nmanaging schedules, materials, and subcontractors;\naiding in job cost tracking;\npreparing and submitting environmental management plans;\nsupporting safety coordinator in completing daily and project specific safety requirements, including site safety plans and safe work procedures; \nReporting on project progress, offering viable solutions and opportunities as they arise\n\nProviding technical services, including load ratings, site layouts, surveying, as well as other design services\nWriting technical reports, construction deliverables, and standard contracts including subcontractor agreement forms, purchase orders, and CCDC contracts\nResponsibilities will be added over time.
