software testing principles, especially related to data.\n Experience managing data-related testing projects, including data quality, data migration, or data integration.\n Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.\n Knowledge of banking regulations and data governance frameworks is highly desirable.\n Proficiency in Agile project management and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TestRail).\n Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or ISTQB certifications are a plus.\n Bachelor’s
