This role is part of our Supply Chain Planning transformation strategy, aimed at making it a competitive advantage through digital innovation, process maturity and people development.\n1. Process & Operational Excellence\nCo-build Demand Management processes end-to-end: map, analyze, identify improvement opportunities and define maturity levels, leveraging best practices across the organization\nLead Lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, waste elimination) to maximize operational performance and drive continuous improvement\nDefine and deploy global standards, process frameworks and maturity KPIs across local entities, supported by performance audits and remediation plans\nFacilitate CoE governance: communities of practice, review rituals, solution documentation and knowledge capitalization\n2. Capability Building, Training & Development\nDefine the Demand Planner skills framework: expertise mapping by profile, expected mastery levels and gap assessment\nDesign comprehensive upskilling journeys: job frameworks, training modules (materials, case studies, assessments), certifications and learning journeys\nDeliver training sessions both in-person and remotely for local teams, in French and English\nDevelop audit grids and internal consulting capabilities as needed\nDrive change management and adoption of new practices through coaching of regional teams\nAnimate a global planning expert community to spread best practices and embed a culture of excellence\n3. Data Vision & Solutions\nStructure planning data flows (data quality, master data, data lineage) in collaboration with Data teams\nDefine Analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to support performance monitoring and decision-making\nFrame functional requirements for advanced planning tool projects and build transformation roadmaps aligned with business and IT priorities\nConduct impact analyses for new projects (new channels, new markets…) and represent the CoE in steering committees\n4.
