Can implicate the pains and connect to critical business initiatives and quantify the value of providing a solution\n\nAbility to deliver great demos and position the value of the platform\n\nDevelops talk tracks and journeys adapted to the prospect\n\nTechnical skills to adapt and build planning models for a Proof of Value or a live workshop\n\nCan coach team members to improve their competence in the core solutions consulting skillset\n\nCan manage a team of up to 5 people in day to day task management/assignment, problem solving and prioritization as well as ongoing people management\n\nAbility to run a hiring process to bring the best talent to Pigment. Work with Global SC leaders to define the hiring strategy\n\nDevelop and present execution strategy at Quarterly Business Reviews.\n\nWork with the regional sales leader to develop account strategies and conduct account reviews\n\nProven C-Level Exec communication skills, especially to CFOs and CIOs\n\nWho You Are:\nTo be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills\nPrevious experience of leading a Pre-sales / Solution consulting team\n\nA proven leader who can demonstrate an ability to manage and coach a team of high performers to new heights\n\nAs well as being a leader to the team, you need to be a force multiplier by bring at least one of the following skills:\n3+ years pre-sales experience in the EPM space\n\nSubject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains; Finance, HR/Workforce Planning, Sales Performance Management, Revenue Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Chain\n\nValue Engineering\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills combined with stellar presentation and organization skills\n\nFantastic cross functional working abilities.
