our New York office.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPartner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify talent needs, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging and closing high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles.\nDevelop creative, headhunting-led strategies to engage passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence.\nScreen and assess candidates against both values alignment and the technical or commercial competencies required for each role.\nDeliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.\nAct as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing recruitment best practices.\nTrack and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.\nLead initiatives that strengthen and scale the Talent Acquisition team’s processes, tools and operating model.\nWho You Are:\nFive years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector.\nStrong headhunting skills and can move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches as required.\nEntrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and can build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues.\nConfident using productivity and recruitment tools and manage competing priorities in a structured way.\nCurious, enjoy learning and work effectively with autonomy.\nPragmatic and solve problems quickly.\nAnalytical, rigorous and attentive to detail.\nThrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.\nAI-savvy and
