Depending on your interests, you could also contribute to, or take ownership of, a dedicated campus or employer branding project.\nWhat you’ll do\nFind and engage tech talent\nLearn about our Engineering and Product roles and understand hiring needs alongside recruiters and hiring managers.\n\nIdentify potential candidates through LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other sourcing channels.\n\nWrite personalised outreach that sparks conversations and helps candidates understand our opportunities.\n\nBuild and maintain talent pools, keeping candidate information and follow-ups up to date.\n\nTrack response rates and candidate progression to understand what works and refine your approach.\n\nDevelop your recruitment and interviewing skills\nShadow recruiters and participate in hiring discussions to learn how we assess candidates.\n\nReview applications and help identify relevant profiles using agreed criteria.\n\nDepending on your interests and progress, gradually conduct initial interviews with coaching from the team.\n\nHelp keep candidates informed and supported throughout their recruitment journey.\n\nContribute to or own projects that interest you\nAlongside recruitment, you’ll have the opportunity to support or lead a defined project, with guidance from the team. This could include:\nEmployer branding: help tell the stories of our Engineering and Product teams through employee content, social media, and tech events.\n\nCampus program: develop school and university relationships, coordinate student events, and help organise internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns.\n\nRecruitment improvements: test new sourcing approaches, improve candidate communication, or contribute to our referral programme.\n\nAI and recruitment tools: explore practical ways to support research, outreach preparation, and everyday workflows, and share what you learn with the team.\n\nYour project scope will reflect your interests, the team’s priorities, and the duration of your internship or apprenticeship.\nWho you are\nYou’re looking for a final-year internship or an apprenticeship as part of your studies.\n\nYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable communicating in an international environment.\n\nRecruitment interests you: you enjoy meeting people, understanding their motivations, and helping them explore opportunities.\n\nYou’re curious about tech: you want to understand what Engineering and Product teams do and the skills they need.\n\nYou’re interested in AI: you’re keen to explore new tools and think critically about where they can be useful.\n\nYou enjoy projects: you like turning ideas into concrete actions and following through.\n\nYou’re a curious learner: you ask questions, welcome feedback, and take the initiative to explore unfamiliar topics.\n\nYou work well in a team: you share ideas, communicate openly, and support the people around you.\n\nYou’re organised, attentive to detail, and interested in using simple data to improve your work.\n\nPrevious experience in recruitment, project
