This is considered a key requirement for the role\nExtensive experience across the full development lifecycle of aerospace composite structures, from requirements definition and structural sizing through qualification testing, certification, and entry-into-service as well as industrialization support\nStrong expertise in composites technology best practices (design for manufacturing), with a solid understanding of their integration across the aircraft development lifecycle\nSound knowledge of CS/FAR-23 and/or CS/FAR-25 certification requirements, including applicable AMC guidance material and recognized aerospace standards related to composite structures\nDemonstrated leadership experience in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, combined with excellent communication skills and
