You will help maintain staffing levels by attracting qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and providing bilingual HR support to both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. This position plays a key role in fostering positive team member relations, promoting inclusion, and supporting the overall success of our workforce. \nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, reviewing experience, verifying references, and assessing fit for open positions. \nManage job postings and applicant tracking through various recruiting platforms, spreadsheets, and SharePoint systems. \nMaintain awareness of plant staffing needs and operational changes to proactively support full staffing levels. \nDevelop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, employment agencies, and other recruitment sources to build candidate pipelines. \nPromote Pilgrim’s as an employer of choice by representing the company at recruiting events, presentations, and community outreach activities. \nFacilitate communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking team members through interpretation services and translation of documents. \nSupport onboarding activities and assist new hires throughout the hiring and orientation process. \nMaintain team member records, HR documentation, and data entry systems in compliance with company policies and record retention requirements. \nEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies. \nTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Human Resources team and plant operations. \nWhat You'll Need\nEducation:High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. \nExperience:One to two years of recruiting, human resources, or related experience preferred.
