This role ensures maintenance team members are properly trained to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to a safe, operational, and sanitary-ready condition.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOther duties may be assigned as production demands require.\nTraining Program Execution\nSupport the Maintenance Training Superintendent by implementing structured maintenance training programs within the DuPont Training Program. Deliver hands-on technical training to all maintenance personnel. Provide training on mechanical systems including conveyors, drives, gearboxes, and pneumatics. Train on electrical fundamentals as applicable. Train on equipment-specific procedures such as baggers, fryers, ovens, and conveyors.\nDocumentation and Training Systems\nMaintain training records and certification tracking. Develop and maintain visual training aids. Support and maintain equipment-specific training guides and materials.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation and Experience\nTechnical or trade school education is preferred. Three to five or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong mechanical aptitude including drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, and pneumatics. Working knowledge of electrical systems preferred.
