Our more than 54,000 talented team members\nare passionate about what we do and we invite you to join us on our journey to becoming the best!\nOnboarding Coordinators track and support new hires once they complete their orientation, and\nfollow the new hires for the first 45-60 days after hire to ensure a complete introduction to the facility\nand their new job. The goal is to ensure a smooth initial hire period, and to help the new hire meet\ngoals set by Operations. The Onboarding Coordinator is an extension of both Human Resources\nand Operations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsures that safety is a condition and is responsible for compliance and enforcement of all \nsafety directives.\nDemonstrate hands on training techniques for new hires during the onboarding period (45-60\ndays) and make recommendations to the Onboarding Supervisor about individual training needs,\nconcerns, and special circumstances. Onboarding Coordinators spend their time on the\nproduction floor with the new hires. compliance with the program guidelines. Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to ensure new hires have proper training for successful onboarding.\nParticipate in Human Resources and company committees.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:\nPrevious training experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with others, Bilingual is a plus.\nMust be able to work in hot/cold areas, stand for long periods of time, and know how to\nperform all jobs in the area.
