Focus will be on ensuring all training programs run smoothly and effectively.\nPOSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAdminister, track, and evaluate all New Hire Orientation and Onboarding training in accordance and compliance with the People Pillar\nSupervise new-hires during the training period and make recommendations to management and/or Human Resources regardingtraining needs, concerns and continued employment.\nDevelop and promote positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders and clients.\nMeet with trainers, supervisors, Human Resources, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes\nSchedule and coordinate training for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, training sessions\nOrganize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.\nParticipate on HR & company committees.\nWork with Excellence Coordinators and HR to help track compliance and results of orientation.\nAssist HR team with yearly training of all employees\nAll other duties as assigned\nSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:\nPrevious training experience\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nProfessional communication and demeanor\nAbility to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employees\nExcellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAble to work independently\nMust be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment\nMust be bilingual\nWhy Work for Pilgrim’s?\nSchedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm.\nBenefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;\nPaid Time Off:Sick leave, vacation, company observed holidays or, any other statutorily required paid leave;\n401(k):company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;\nBase salaryrange of $45,302. -$50,965.\nCareer Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs;\n Better Futures\nThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
