This person acts cross functionally to drive on time and on budget product launches critical to the business success of the Pilgrim's. This role bridges the gap between new product development (R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Category Marketing) and Operations (Supply Chain and Production Plants), ensuring successful commercial deployment across different functions and stakeholders across Pilgrim's\nResponsibilities:\nDrive the development and execution of commercialization projects from concept to market launch for the Pilgrim's BU.\nAct as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pilgrim’s Stage Gate Process \nManage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery \nBuild and maintain detailed project plans, communication plans, timelines, risk trackers, and lessons learned for projects \nTrack project milestones and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders \nLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, Brand Marketing, Category Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain within Pilgrim's\nFacilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment on commercialization objectives \nIdentify and communicate risks and issues with appropriate teams while providing recommended solutions \nHelp continuously improve the commercialization processes and best practices.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field. Project Management, business, marketing, or similar experience preferred. Project Management certification is stronglypreferred.\n3-7 years of experience. Experience in Project Management, food manufacturing, and/or consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry is required.\nPM certification (PMP or other relevant certification) is strongly preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products. Must be confident, a strong problem solver, and work well under pressure. \nMust have proven interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written, and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. \nMust be able to engage with individuals across different levels of the organization and exercise sound judgement. \nAbility to be resourceful, insightful and possess strong analytical skills, strong project management skills, ability to build and maintain strong business relationships, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a desire to work hard, have fun, and embrace accountability.\nCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation\nAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
