maintenance monitoring performance and quickly resolving issues.\nSecurity & Compliance Implementing firewalls VPNs intrusion detection/prevention systems and access controls to safeguard against cyber threats while ensuring compliance with security policies and industry regulations (e.g. GDPR ISO 27001).\nNetwork Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution Diagnosing and resolving networkrelated issues such as connectivity failures bandwidth congestion and hardware/software malfunctions while maintaining detailed incident logs.\nInfrastructure Management & Upgrades Configuring maintaining and upgrading network hardware (routers switches firewalls load balancers) and software (firmware network monitoring tools) to meet business needs.\nUser Support & Training Assisting employees with networkrelated issues educating them on best practices and providing guidance on secure network usage.\nDocumentation & Reporting Maintaining accurate network diagrams configuration records troubleshooting logs and performance reports for audit compliance and future planning.\nVendor & Service Provider Coordination Managing relationships with ISPs hardware/software vendors and thirdparty service providers to ensure reliable network services and timely issue resolution.\nNetwork Capacity Planning & Scalability Assessing current and future network demands optimizing resources and planning for infrastructure expansion to support business growth.\nPolicy Implementation & Enforcement Enforcing network usage policies access controls and security guidelines to maintain operational integrity and prevent unauthorized activities.\nQualifications required for the job title to carry out the work: (Not the qualifications of the employee)\nEducational Level Bachelors degree
