The ideal candidate will design implement and troubleshoot complex networking environments while ensuring their reliability security and efficiency.\n Key Responsibilities\n Network Design and Implementation\nPlan design and implement robust network solutions including LAN/WAN wireless VPN and cloud networking.\nOversee the deployment and configuration of network hardware such as routers switches firewalls and load balancers.\nSystem Maintenance and Optimization\nMonitor network performance and ensure uptime scalability and reliability.\nPerform regular maintenance tasks including firmware updates backups and system patches.\nAnalyze network data to identify and mitigate bottlenecks or performance issues.\nSecurity and Compliance\nImplement and maintain network security protocols including firewalls intrusion detection systems and data encryption.\nConduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and government regulations.\nTroubleshooting and Support \nProvide Tier 3 support to resolve complex networking issues.\nRespond promptly to network outages and lead root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.\nLeadership and Collaboration\nMentor junior network staff and provide technical guidance as needed.\nCollaborate with other departments to support business objectives and IT projects.\nPrepare documentation for network systems policies and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n10 years of experience in network administration with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role.\nProficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP BGP OSPF) and technologies.\nExperience with network hardware from vendors like Cisco Juniper Fortinet or equivalent.\nStrong knowledge of network security principles and tools.\nHandson experience with cloud networking (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Wireshark).\n Preferred Qualifications\n Relevant certifications such as CCNP CCIE CISSP or equivalent.\nExperience with softwaredefined networking (SDN) and virtualization technologies.\nFamiliarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.\n Key Competencies\n Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.\nStrong leadership and mentoring abilities.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage
