You will be responsible for developing and managing complex project plans and program management processes. As the implementation project manager, you will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to articulate and execute on project deliverables and achieve overall program expectations. You will be responsible for creating and disseminating client-facing and internal projects and program communications and artifacts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAbility to simultaneously manage client engagements that are complex and highly dependency driven. \nManage project timeline, scope, deliverables, resource forecasting according to the workplan and contractual commitments. \nProactively manage project risks/issues and facilitate challenging conversations with clients and internal stakeholders. \nGather information needed for project definition and requirements. \nServe as a point of contact for various projects to drive project execution. \nEffectively communicate project status and changes in the project scope, record contingency plans for risk/issues, ensure accurate and secure management of project artifacts. \nCollaborate with other project managers and internal stakeholders to promote change and adoption of project management best practices. \nEffectively work across multiple time zones and extended hours in front of a computer and using video technology. \nAs necessary for successful project execution, participate in work during non-business hours, including weekends and holidays. \nUp to 25% travel as needed for key project engagements. \nQualifications:\nHighly effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. \nStrong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret and facilitate stakeholder needs. \nAdvanced knowledge in project management methodology, tools, and practices. \nAbility to direct multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to build and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders. \nAbility to evaluate, identify, and implement process improvements. \nAbility to work collaboratively and align team to achieve program initiatives. \nAbility to effectively manage workload and priorities in a remote work environment. \nExperience and Education:\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience including a minimum of five years’ project management. \nExperience managing external client-facing, multi-year projects. \nPreferred Attributes & Certifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification. \nExperience in managing
