The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, along with exceptional research, analytical, oral advocacy, and writing skills. The associate must have experience handling and managing all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, experts, motions, pretrial proceedings, trial, settlement, and related matters, as well as developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.\nThe successful candidate will have significant experience across all phases of discovery, including preparing witnesses for depositions, drafting complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements, and managing the filing and service of pleadings. The ability to work effectively under pressure, deliver high-quality work product, and manage junior attorneys to meet deadlines is essential.\nCandidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school with excellent academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
