Candidate should have a strong academic background, fluency in Excel and cap table/waterfall modeling, exceptional research and writing skills and (most importantly) a passion for working with hard chargers in a fast-paced startup practice. Candidate must be admitted to practice in New York.\nThe expected salary range for this position is $260,000 - $365,000.
