trends.\nFacilitate strategic planning activities and translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps.\nPartner with business leaders across multiple markets to align strategic objectives and drive execution.\nBusiness Analysis & Investment Evaluation\nEvaluate business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, and expansion initiatives.\nDevelop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.\nSupport due diligence activities and strategic reviews for potential growth and investment opportunities.\nPrepare executive-level presentations and insights for senior leadership discussions.\nStrategy Execution & Performance Monitoring\nEstablish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and strategic performance dashboards.\nTrack progress of key initiatives and identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.\nDrive governance processes and provide strategic updates to leadership teams.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate closely with country leadership teams, business unit heads, and functional leaders across the region.\nFacilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to support strategic initiatives.\n What We're Looking For\nRight to work in Singapore.\nBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.\n6-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, investment evaluation, or related strategic roles.\nExperience from leading strategy consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, or similar is highly preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience evaluating strategic opportunities and business cases.\nDemonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong financial acumen, business modelling, and strategic planning skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience within food, agribusiness, consumer goods, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous.\nWillingness to travel across Aboitiz Foods' operating markets when
