Ensures micro hand adds readiness and accuracy, and monitors micro ingredients and packaging materials availability in the process area. The position is also responsible for contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant by performing the functions of key positions in the plant.\nMonitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging material during his shift, recommends action plans to Production Supervisor and/or Feedmill Manager. Tracks micro hand adds prepared in his shift and conduct physical inventory and inspection to ensure weight accuracy and correct ingredients are utilized for the specific diet.\n\nCheck finished goods output to verify and ensure the correct bagging report.
