Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the future.\nhttps://www.aboitizfoods.com/\n Support the development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety programs, policies, and initiatives.\nConduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe workplace.\nInvestigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and safety-related complaints, and recommend corrective actions.\nDevelop and conduct safety training, orientations, and awareness programs for employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.\nImplement fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and safety equipment programs.\nMonitor compliance with company safety standards and applicable government regulations and requirements.\nCoordinate with regulatory agencies such as DOLE, BFP, PPA, DENR, and LGUs on safety, permits, licenses, and compliance requirements.\nMonitor and ensure timely closure of safety findings and corrective actions.\nSupport the implementation and continual improvement of 5S, ISO, GMP, and other management systems.\nAnalyze safety data and prepare reports, recommendations, and safety performance updates for management.\nWork closely with different departments to promote a strong safety culture and ensure consistent implementation of safety practices.\nSupport food safety, quality, and Halal requirements within the assigned area.\nPerform other SHE-related duties and projects as assigned.\n Education: Graduate of any Engineering course or BS/Diploma in Engineering Technology.\nExperience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/SHE) functions.\nLicense: Valid Driver’s License;
