Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the future.\n The Warehouse Associate for the Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and release of finished products from production. This role ensures proper inventory management, compliance with quality assurance (QA) dispositions, and timely reporting of stock availability.\nThis role also oversees the status of products, identifying which inventories are cleared for release and which are on hold, ensuring efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFinished Goods Receiving and Storage\nReceive finished products from production, ensuring proper documentation, handling, and accurate inventory recording\n\nVerify the quality and quantity of received goods, coordinating with production and QA teams to address any discrepancies or issues\n\nOrganize and store finished products in designated warehouse areas following FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory principles\n\nInventory Monitoring and QA Disposition\nMonitor QA dispositions on finished goods to determine which items are cleared for release and which are on hold for further review or corrective action\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records in SAP, updating the status of all finished goods based on QA reports\n\nPrepare and release a daily or periodic report detailing:\nInventories cleared for release.\n\nInventories currently on hold.\n\nConduct physical inventory counts regularly, reconciling them with system records to ensure accuracy\n\nCompliance and Quality Assurance\nEnsure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including HACCP, GMP, and GWP, in all warehouse activities\n\nInspect the storage conditions of finished goods, addressing any issues related to safety, cleanliness, or product integrity\n\nCollaborate with QA and production teams to resolve any quality-related concerns promptly\n\nCommunication and Coordination\nCoordinate with the dispatch team to prioritize the release of cleared finished goods for timely delivery to customers\n\nAct as the point of contact between QA, production, and logistics teams regarding finished goods inventory\n\nEngagement in Continuous Improvement and Safety\nParticipate in innovation programs to improve warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency\n\nSupport and actively engage in 5S activities to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.\n\nContribute to workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to protocols and participating in safety training sessions\n\nAssist in preparing for and participating in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards\n\nOperational Support and Reporting\nPrepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, QA dispositions, and warehouse operations to relevant departments\n\nIdentify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs\n\nPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader\n\nFOOD SAFETY:\nEnsures execution of quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations within the team.\n\nResponsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.\n\nOTHER TASKS:\nActively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.\n\nPerforms other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.\n\n Education:\nBachelor’s Degree\n\nExperience:\nExperience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management; experience in a feedmill or manufacturing environment is a plus\n\nKnowledge of HACCP, GMP, and GWP standards is highly desirable\n\nKnowledge of 5S methodology and safety protocols\n\nOther Requirements:\nBasic knowledge of google sheet, docs and other office applications;
