Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the future.\nhttps://www.aboitizfoods.com/\n The WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY SUPERVISOR is responsible for supervising the receiving, storage, dispatch and organizing the inventory across all regions in order to ensure that stocks are properly accounted for, stored, and distributed.\nThe function also includes supervising the warehouse team, ensuring efficient loading, dispatch is FIFO compliant, Materials aging is monitored, variance and accruals are within the agreed level. Checking the accuracy of physical and system inventory. Also ensuring health and safety, evaluating procedures and enhancing processes\nHe/She is responsible for development talent, maintaining an engaging work environment, and for ensuring optimal workflow throughout the team. Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.\nINVENTORY MANAGEMENT:\nMonitor and analyzes inventory levels and customer demands trends to ensure that goals are met and inventory is always available\n\nDevelop, implement, and update inventory control procedures and policies to minimize losses and reduce costs\n\nMonitors the receipt and delivery of Finished Goods ensuring that there is zero variance in all finished goods inventory in Plant and external warehouses.\n\nCoordinates with the QA Department on the quality status of finished goods ensuring that proper action is performed on non-conforming products.\n\nMonitors and oversee aging items and updates inventory turnover\n\nFinalize the inventory recon and variance endorsement\n\nLead and direct all the loading operation of Finished Goods to container vans, vessels and trucks. Ensuring safe handling of products, accuracy of quantity and brand loaded\n\nMonitor daily and weekly progress is achieved and in line with targeted loading operation rates\n\nPrepares monthly accruals related to warehousing and handling expense\n\nAccurately record and document inventory data\n\nProvides guidance and leadership to the inventory team member/s\n\nAssist in the ordering and replenishment of inventory items\n\nReview inventory records and transactions for accuracy\n\nTrack inventory levels and report on any changes or trends\n\nPrepare and submit reports to management\n\nSERVICE PROVIDER MANAGEMENT:\nSecures renewal and Completion of Service provider Accreditation & contracts requirements on a yearly basis for services being handled.\n\nAssesses the accredited service providers’ competence under annual Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating wherein compliance with service level agreements are being monitored and reviewed on a monthly basis.\n\nUpdates and maintains a filing database for Accreditation and Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating and provides feedback to service providers.\n\nMASTER DATA ADMIN:\nExecute, control and monitor the master data processes (for example: the creation, change, consolidation, and distribution of master data)\n\nDetermines whether or not a newly requested master data object already exists in the central system\n\nAssemble master data input information from key stakeholders (Operations and Sales) and other master data admin to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and alignment of the data to be created or changed\n\nFollow and maintain naming convention guidelines where applicable\n\nEnsure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems\n\nPerform regular master data health checks to ensure that required master data across systems are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and available\n\nOwn the resolution of all master data related issues, these include data gathering & understanding the issues through master data gap analysis, root cause analysis & correction, and coordination with various internal support team and end-user\n\nProvide support related to master data requirements for change requests and new system implementations\n\nAssist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.\n\nAssist with the maintenance and review of system user guides particularly in the master data setup to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:\nSupervises Whse & subcon personnel and ensure that all deliverables must be met and set KPIs goals must be targeted.\n\nOversees renewal and completion of annual Service providers Accreditation and Performance Evaluation Rating report.\n\nGenerates required regular reports by Collecting, analyzing, calculating, compiling and summarizing information.\n\nConducts performance appraisal as Scheduled and required. Identifies and recommends to the Logistics Manager developmental training needs of subordinates.\n\nAssists in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving Logistics department's problems.\n\nFOOD SAFETY:\nEnsures execution of quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations within the team.\n\nResponsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.\n\nOTHER TASKS:\nActively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.\n\nPerforms other tasks related to the job as may be assigned by the immediate superior.\n\nEducation:\n Bachelor's degree holder in any business-related course.\n\nExperience:\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in Warehousing & Inventory, or at least 1 year as Supervisor.\n\nExperience using SAP 4HANA\n\nExperience in the ERP project implementation is a plus\n\nPreferably with previous master data management experience in a manufacturing environment\n\nExperience working in a cross-functional, team-oriented, collaborative environment\n\nCRITICAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nInventory Accuracy and Control\nWarehouse Operations and Productivity\nSafety and Risk Management \nPeople Management and Accountability\nData Analysis and Problem-Solving\nComputer literacy in data processing and company required software.\nKnowledge in Transport Management is an advantage.\nStrong interpersonal relationship
