You will be responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives as well as customer satisfaction.\nThe Retail Assistant Manager will also be:\nEnsuring that customer expectations are met\nConducting meetings with subordinate employees\nMaintaining effective vendor relationships\nAs a Retail Assistant Manager for Pilot Flying J, you will build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring and training standpoint.\nAdditional responsibilities for the Retail Assistant Manager include:\nDriving sales\nManaging team members\nTracking inventory\nProviding customer service\nPerforming P&L analysis\nPay Rates Starting between: $23.52 - $37.49 / hour, plus short term monthly incentive opportunity.\n As a Retail Assistant Manager, you must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level as well as demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
