Pilot Company is seeking an Internal Communications Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a unique opportunity to directly support our efforts to engage team members and shape our internal narrative.\nIn this role, you will be an integral part of our team, tackling key responsibilities that directly impact our company culture. Your work will help us craft compelling stories, create new content, and explore ways to connect with our team. You will have the chance to work with different stakeholders, learn about the business, and collaborate with both internal and external communications teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYour responsibilities may include:\nTeam Member Engagement: Help create team member spotlights for newsletters, digital screens and other internal channels.\n\nContent Creation: Support the creation and storytelling of engaging content for our internal audience through videography, photography, and blog writing.\n\nVisual Content Catalog: Architect and curate a centralized digital asset management (DAM) system to tag, organize, and archive raw footage, photography, and final edit masters.\n\n Qualifications\nEducation: A student pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a creative field.\n\nTechnical Skills: Experience with Adobe or video content creation is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills: You must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to take complex ideas and break them down for others.
