You will also be responsible for the following tasks:\nFill in for the Restaurant General Manager\nAssist GM in selecting, coaching, training and developing Team Members\nDirect and assign work to Team Members\nCreating a positive work environment for team members\nExpedite food service and assist with food preparation\nEnsure high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, restaurant cleanliness, and a strong food safety environment\nPay Rates Starting between: $46,400.00 - $67,235.00 / year\n As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you must have excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
