Locate product, scan, and move product to Pick Module’s assigned locations. Create locations for new products when necessary. \nUse the RF (Radio Frequency) scan gun to record all product movement. \nPrioritize items on hold for order completion on the lanes. \nPerform Pallet Replenishment and Pallet Picks when needed.\nMove ticketed material within the Warehouse (staging area, storage racks and replenishment racks) when needed.\nReport inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control for investigation. \nAssist with the loading and offloading of domestic trucks to the staging area or racks, when needed. \nAssist with full case picking, updating partial lanes, clearing hospital lanes, partial cases and end of runs put away, when needed.\nSupport year-end inventory audit.\nMonitor inventory structure, suggest suitable strategy and methods to optimize the inventory level. \nKeep equipment and work area organized and clean.\nSustain 5S lean guidelines and procedures. Recommend Lean process changes and improvements.\nWork extended shifts and/or weekends as required.\nEducation and Experience Requirements:\nHigh school diploma plus up to three years of Warehouse experience. Certification in forklift operation required.\nSkills Required:\nSpeak and comprehend direction and feedback as articulated in English. Good math and computer skills. Perform work independently, accurately, and thoroughly. Able to adapt to changes in the work priorities. Use of RF (Radio Frequency) scan gun device.
