Acting as the team’s operational “traffic controller,” you will capture and organize incoming requests, translate priorities into actionable plans, and maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines, and follow-up.\nThis role will also provide day-to-day guidance to Business Analysts, helping them assume greater ownership of key applications, processes, and technology relationships. By creating structure around responsibilities and delivery expectations, you will enable the broader team to dedicate additional capacity to strategic initiatives and deeper stakeholder engagement.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong project management discipline, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Copilot, Lucidchart, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional technology programs will be essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn project intake, prioritization, and tracking across multiple initiatives using Jira\nLead daily standups and coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables remain on track\nDrive accountability across Business Analysts and technology partners to execute against agreed timelines and objectives\nProvide day-to-day oversight and guidance to Business Analysts, helping them expand ownership of key applications and technology relationships\nDevelop and maintain project plans, status reporting, and PMO processes\nCreate and maintain workflow documentation, process maps, and operational procedures\nPartner with business stakeholders to align priorities and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies\nContinuously improve team processes, governance, and delivery practices\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university\n5-6 years of experience in project management, program management, business analysis, or a related field\nFinancial services industry experience required\nStrong experience with Jira, Confluence, Copilot and Lucidchart\nExperience coordinating Agile/Scrum teams, including daily standups and backlog management\nExceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills\nAbility to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives from concept to completion\nPreferred Skills\nScrum Master, Agile, or Project Management certification\nExperience supporting business applications and technology-enabled business processes\nStrong process-mapping and workflow-documentation experience\nPIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
