with web applications using Angular and/or React.\n\nInvestigate and resolve bugs, production incidents and application issues.\n\nTroubleshoot problems involving APIs, databases, integrations and infrastructure.\n\nParticipate in the development and application support rota.\n\nCommunicate with clients and stakeholders regarding technical issues.\n\nReview and improve existing code for performance and reliability.\n\nWrite automated tests and maintain technical documentation.\n\nCollaborate with developers, QA and project teams across different countries.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\n2–5 years of commercial software development experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of C# and .NET.\n\nExperience with WPF and XAML or desktop application development.\n\nUnderstanding of MVVM architecture.\n\nExperience with REST APIs and backend services.\n\nWorking knowledge of Angular, React or JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL Server and Entity Framework.\n\nGood debugging and troubleshooting skills.\n\nUnderstanding of unit testing, source control and software development practices.\n\nAbility to work with existing systems and unfamiliar codebases.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nCommunication & Client Skills\n\nGood spoken and written English communication skills.\n\nConfidence in communicating with users and international clients.\n\nAbility to understand, investigate and explain technical issues.\n\nAbility to provide clear and
