You will contribute to systems that need to be reliable, scalable, performant, and secure, while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners.\nThis is an individual contributor role where you will take ownership of well-defined projects and services, contribute to technical decisions, and grow your expertise in cloud-native architecture and authentication systems. More specifically, you will:\nDesign, build, test, and maintain cloud services and workflows that support Passport and Authentication systems.\n\nContribute to projects from design and implementation through rollout and operational support, primarily using Go and Python.\n\nDevelop and operate cloud-native services across AWS and GCP, including technologies such as Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3.\n\nApply established engineering patterns and contribute improvements to service reliability, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions and help evaluate tradeoffs involving reliability, latency, security, cost, complexity, and delivery timelines.\n\nIdentify technical issues and operational risks within the systems you work on and collaborate with the team to address them.\n\nPartner with software engineering, test engineering, research, and product teams to deliver new capabilities and improve existing systems.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions, providing constructive feedback and learning from other engineers.\n\nHelp investigate and resolve production issues, and turn operational
