If you value relationships, care about doing right by the people you work with, and want to grow as part of a small team building something genuinely new, Raiz wants to hear from you.\nThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Grand Rapids, MI or Chicago, IL, with occasional travel to partner hubs.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport and lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI.\nConfigure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems.\nHelp build the playbook - contribute to best practices and delivery documentation as the consulting approach continues to evolve.\nAssist with client scoping and sales handoffs as you develop your understanding of the full engagement lifecycle.\nDeliver excellence: projects on time, happy clients, and systems that work the first time.\nKeep learning - continuously pick up new tools, automations, and workflows that push what’s possible in modern finance.\nWhat They're Looking For\nRequired\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance - ideally public audit or assurance, or industry GL, revenue, or consolidations.\nStrong command of US GAAP and the period-end close process.\nERP familiarity - exposure to systems like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks, with genuine curiosity about next-gen platforms like Rillet.\nAbility to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows.\nStrong communication skills and a client-ready presence - able to engage credibly with Controllers and CFOs.\nCollaborative, self-directed style;
