Unser Kunde ist ein nachhaltig wachsendes Beratungsunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf ServiceNow-Implementierung und -Optimierung. Zur Unterstützung des weiteren Wachstums wird ein Customer Success Manager (w/m/x) gesucht.

  • Beratung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Kunden

  • Identifikation von Ausbaupotenzialen und Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen

  • Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Ableitung von Empfehlungen

  • Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Onboardings

  • Kommunikation zu Releases und Best Practices

  • Koordination von Support und internen Fachteam

  • Unterstützung bei der Erreichung von Geschäftszielen

Requirements

  • Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Customer Success, Support, Account Management, Businessanalyse, IT-Beratung oder Projektmanagement

    • Erfahrung mit Enterprise-Software, idealerweise ServiceNow, PPM/SPM oder CRM

  • Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z. B. Scrum, IPMA, PMI)

  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Technisches Verständnis (z. B. JavaScript, Webtechnologien, Datenbanken) von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
