  • Technische Beratung von Kunden im KMU- und Enterprise-Umfeld

  • Mitarbeit bei spannenden Infrastruktur- und Transformationsprojekten

  • Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb moderner IT-Infrastrukturen

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerk-, Security-, Server- und Storage-Umgebungen

  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen und Incidents

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Security- und Managed-Service-Lösungen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Kollegen und technischen Spezialisten

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk & Security oder Server, Storage & Virtualisierung

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Routing, Switching, WLAN, VPN, Firewalls und IT-Security

  • Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern, Virtualisierung und Backup-Lösungen

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse mit Technologien wie VMware, Fortinet oder vergleichbaren Herstellern

  • Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft und Troubleshooting komplexer IT-Umgebungen

  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und fachliche Weiterentwicklung

  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortung übernehmen

  • Offene Kommunikation, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Führerschein B
